RSS Perfection: NetNewsWire & NewsGator Online
Ever since the 2.1 release of NetNewsWire which in one of it’s features fully supports synchronisation with NewsGator Online for reading your feeds from any web browser while you don’t have access to your computer.
NetNewsWire 2.1 is a Mac OS X application for RSS and Atom Reading. Some of it’s main features listed below.

Of course NewsGator offers solutions for Windows users as well, but no Linux solutions yet.
