Something to read
I was saving this clippings from some future posts but since I don’t have time right now, and if I wait any longer it’s going to be old news here it is.
- As HP is celebrating it’s 40th anniversary with a misto coffee table pc go on and have a read.
- Windows Vista’s Worst Performer? Windows Vista
- Geek Comics Rule
Have fun.

Well I tried Vista built 2 over the weekend, on a well powerful computer and I was so disappointed. System was running extremely slow overall. I liked the interface in general although there are loads of changes on the way you interact with the system [menus, control panel, explorer views etc] so it took a bit getting used to.
You can switch to classic view of course but that means loosing the vista feel. The system felt very unstable as well, crashing on me a lot, something that I did not encounter when I was using XP beta2 all those years ago.
I did like WM player 11 which has had an overhaul too. Still I can’t wait for the next built to tryout.
As for geek comics my favorite over the years has to be phd comics. Just geek

I haven’t tried Windows Vista myself, and to be honest I am not looking forward into trying them, but I will at some point in the future.
